FOODS SA is committed to providing products of the highest quality. If, for any
reason, you find a product you've purchased unsatisfactory, you may return it.
Please ensure the return is made within fourteen (14) calendar days from the
date of receipt. It's crucial to note that for perishable items such as food
and beverages, or any product intended for immediate consumption, returns
should be initiated within (2) days of receipt. Any return requests should be
communicated via phone or email to the customer service department of PILI
ETHNIC FOODS SA.
Customers
have the right to return purchased products and seek a replacement under the
following conditions, provided the issue can be attributed to the actions or
negligence of PILI ETHNIC FOODS SA or the transportation company:
1.
Products
were delivered in quantities not matching the order.
2.
Received
products differ significantly from those ordered.
3.
Products
are found to be altered or damaged upon receipt.
4.
Damaged
product packaging upon delivery that compromises its intended use.
5.
Product
found defective upon delivery.
For your return request to be
accepted, it is imperative that you provide the corresponding purchase
documentation (e.g., Retail Receipt, Sales Invoice/Shipping Note) that
validates the transaction. Additionally, the products must be in the same
condition as received, with unopened packaging. In instances that align with
the reasons mentioned above, all associated costs will be covered by PILI
ETHNIC FOODS SA. To initiate any return, it's essential first to reach out
either by phone at 2810-370577 (Mon-Fri 08:30-17:00) or via email at orders@piliethnicfoods.gr for guidance.
Should you wish to return products
for reasons other than those specified, we may still accommodate the return,
given that the products remain in their original, unopened condition. In these
circumstances, all shipping and handling charges will be the responsibility of
the customer.
Replacement
& Refunds:
1.
If
your desired product is out of stock at the time of replacement, we offer the
option to replace it with another item of equivalent value.
2. Should the return be approved and the initial payment was made via cash on
delivery, bank transfer, or credit/debit card, refunds will be processed
through a bank deposit to an account specified by you.
3. For mailed returns, the refund will be issued within seven (7) days of
receipt. It's crucial that returned products are accompanied by the purchase
receipt, and the purchase date should not exceed 14 days from the return date.
4. For returns related to orders paid via credit/debit card or bank transfer
which were either undelivered or no longer desired, refunds will solely cover
the product cost. Shipping and handling charges will remain the customer's
responsibility.
